John, thank you for taking the time to update all of us. Our hearts and prayers have continually been with you all. So very grateful that Julie and Jack are doing progressively well. I think because we have such a similar story of having a son with liver disease, knowing more facts than I ever wanted to know about liver disease.... You and your family have been on my heart every day. Please give our love to all... Amazing warriors... All of you!!!
John,
Thank you for your awesome updates. We think of you guys often from down in Orlando and are thankful we can stay in the loop. We are thrilled to hear how great Julie and Jack are doing. We are praying for their full recovery. Give your amazing wife a hug for us and let her know we are cheering your family on! Love you all! 😘
It's amazing to read and watch these transformations. I'll pray for patience and healing and strength and grace.... and God knows the rest... love to you all... may His annointing continue to be at work in and through you.
Dear Family!
I sit here reading your blog and it just brings joy to my heart and soul! I am so very thankful for so many things.... from the amount of education and training these Dr's had to go through to successfully perform such a completed surgery, to the surgical
staff who were spot on, to the recovery team, Julie's healthy and beautiful liver to Jack and Julie thus far having no complications and both recovering so well is nothing short of a miracle in my eyes! I can't even imagine the skill and knowledge and tenacity it must take a surgeon to know how to cut into someone's gut, remove a viatal organ and put it in another person's body and hook it up all nice and sew it up!! Then to thick they are up and moving around with smiles just a few short days later! Wow! I love you guys so much and think and pray for you daily!
Keep up the good work and Julie, don't rush the healing!!
Love Aunt Robin
I marvel at the beauty of the pictures I have seen of Julie and Jack-such beautiful smiles-you can feel the love and almost see the grateful hearts for what God has done for them through the work of brilliant surgeons. Fitting to have the surgery in the City of Brotherly Love-could be changed to City of Motherly Love.
I can only imagine the inspiration Julie and Jack were to other patients , but also the doctors and nurses. I am sure their faith shone like a Light in the darkness. Blessings to you all, Vicki Bowman
