Julia’s Story

Site created on February 20, 2018

Julia was diagnosed in February 2018 with breast cancer shortly after losing her mother to a long battle with ovarian cancer on January 29, 2018. We have created this site to keep friends and family updated. We appreciate your support and words of encouragement. We greatly appreciate prayers for Julia and the doctors caring for her.     We will try to keep this updated as much as possible.  While Julia would never ask for financial support, we realize that some of you may find it on your hearts to help. Any financial donations, no matter how small, will be appreciated more that you know.  Your support will not only allow Julia to maintain her daily activities, it will most importantly assist her with the cost of treatment. We have set up a gofundme page for her https://www.gofundme.com/57hjbw8. Thank you for visiting- Big Sister Ashley

Journal entry by Ashley Davison

So Julia made it through her first chemo round on Friday. It was actually full of laughter due to the constant changing of the cold cap. She even felt well enough after to go see the Golden Dragon Acrobats. - Ashley
