Juan’s Story

Site created on January 1, 2020

Juan has a weak heart and was admitted to the hospital shortly after Christmas. At this time his heart is enlarged and is to weak to pump the blood carrying oxygen throughout his body.  He has a blood clot in the left chamber, and an aneurism is located on the aorta valve and will need to be replaced.

Tim will update whenever possible, please keep praying for Juan, praying is powerful.

Journal entry by Tim Detrick

Well this roller coaster called lifeis changing another level.  We left Council Bluffs on May 25th to take Juan to Minneapolis for surgery, not knowing that we would be in middle of war zone.  This morning we will be heading back to Council Bluffs with granddaughter Tessa.  This past 7 days we have been spoiled at the Otts ( out true family).  Tessa ran from morning to night with the kids.  We were spoiled by the Otts and visited some very true friends.  We were blessed to have people who checked in ,called and mostly sent positive vibes.  We love each and everyone that we know truly care for us.  Please keep Juan in your prayers as he will continue recovery from stroke .  GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU,  TIM AND MICHELLE
