I might need to pick up Evidence Not Seen to add to my reading list. So good to stop and give praise for the love and favor and blessings that have flowed...a time of respite and hope. So grateful Mark got time with his siblings and cousins had time together. And sisters together...never can get enough. Thankful for the Dryden family and continue to pray on their behalf. Sending lots of love. The crocus leaves are starting to pop up...Yay!
What a wonderful report! Thanks to God for the cancer scare to be nothing of note. I love the photos of family! Betty/Sara, why no photos of you? :) The verse, Josh. 1:9, couldn't be more apt for your brave young man, another Joshua. I love the way you constantly use Scripture to encourage those in need. I think I told you I know a wonderful Christian young man who is in his first or second year at LeTourneau. He's remarkable--just set a new record at LeT. in running, plays trumpet beautifully, and is doing well in his mechanical engineering major. Sounds like someone amazing whom Joshua would get along with, right? Let me know if we can suggest an introduction when Joshua heads there in the fall. So exciting to think of Joshua doing normal, everyday things like going to college! Praise God.
"Evidence not Seen" by Darlene Deibler Rose is a favorite book of mine! Such a great reminder that our earthly circumstances do not determine our character. God has a plan for our good and his glory. Thank you for being a light in dark times.
