Josh’s Story

Site created on December 11, 2019

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

Josh had a serious fall on Tuesday, December 10th and his heart stopped beating.  He was given CPR several times and transported to a Clarksville hospital where, later, he was flown to Vanderbilt hospital in Nashville (an hour and a half away from their family home).  He’s currently stable, on a ventilator and sedated, so his body can heal, but prayers would be appreciated.

Josh loves helping his fellow veterans, has been on multiple tours in the Middle East and is the epitome of “Army strong”. We know he will come out this. Please keep his wife and three children in your prayers as well. They are standing by his side waiting for better news.

The Cardenas’s have plenty to worry about, let’s not let money be one of their worries.

If you can’t give financially, please keep Josh and his family in your prayers.

If you know Josh, you know what a great guy he is... Let’s show him and his family how much they’re loved!
