Today has been a great day. Steve and I visited Joey and gave him an early Christmas present. We had told him we were getting him a cat. He was so excited. He named his cat Oreo. One of the residents told him his cat was cute and asked if it was real. And Joe loudly said yes. He held Oreo the whole time we were there and as we we're leaving, he put Oreo on his chest and said. "Do not worry I got you". Joe smiled and laughed the whole time we were there. I think we made his day, but he made our day for sure.
