i was JUST thinking last night of josef’s journey, how long it’s been and all of the ups along with a few downs. it’s been amazing. and lisa, don’t you ever think your updates are not appreciated. it’s what’s keeps us on this journey with all of you. josef, you have already proven many times that your spirit is very strong. your body will catch up with it, it has before, it’ll happen again. good, strong, positive thoughts continue to come your way and that will also keep happening. you got this.
