Always love hearing from you, and knowing you are sharing our news with Connor Lynn. Sydney came for a visit from Atlanta yesterday, and it was a sweet reunion. We talked about how we knew you and Abdou and the children in Liberia, and about the lovely fun reunion in Quebec. I told her the story about how the Ashkars rescued the Holtams from the truck breakdown near the Lofa River. You took us in and fed us, and Abdou and his family saw that we reached Bolahun that night. Dr. Weiswange (father of one of the Cuttington staff) was traveling with us in one of the old Peace Corps Willys pickup trucks. Merrill and Jordan rode in the back on a cold dry season night.
