My thoughts and prayers are with you Megan and Jon. Megan have you thought of hiring a Naturalpath doctor to administer
25,000mg of Vitamin C intravenously? (can't take by mouth it will come back up or go out the back door)

Hi megan! I hope this reaches you somehow. December 2018 my husband became ill with strep which turned septic, which led to pneumonia which then to ARDS. He was 32 years old and a healthy firefighter with no previous illnesses. He was transferred twice to larger hospitals, one transfer done while On ecmo. He had 4 chest tubes placed, a trache put in on Christmas Day 2018. He was on ecmo for 15 days and in the hospital for 2 months. We have 3 young kids just like you and I know the pain you’re in right now. The good news is that Tyler is back to work! He’s healthy again. We would say he’s 95% back to his health! It’s been a year now and we still struggle with the ptsd of the hospital but providing you hope is all I can do. You’re amazing and it looks as though you have a lot of support. We will be following from Utah.

My name is Lisa and I live in Canada. Almost 13 years ago my husband was in the same situation as yours. We had 3 kids, the youngest being 10 months old. After routine surgery, my husband developed a leak and went into septic shock. To save his life, he was put into a medically induced coma, had a ton of medication keeping his blood pressure up, but that all came with a cost. He lost both his legs below the knee and some fingertips in the hopes it would save his life. Fast forward to today, we have endured a lot, our kids have watched my husband push through many obstacles and surpass expectations. We have slowly learned to live a ‘new’ normal life. It’s not easy for the wife, I can attest to that. As a caregiver for many years it has taken us time to get back to a husband and wife status. I didn’t have anyone to talk to who was going through what I went through. Please reach out to me if you need someone to talk to who can relate to the situation you are in. Praying for you and your family.

My husband works with Jon. We have been praying and I know prayers work. I just posted about Jon on Yorba Linda Buzz for prayers needed now! Got hundreds praying within just a few minutes as I know we need a miracle. One person suggested you check out Woodward Strong on FB. Reach out to them as same thing happened.
