That was such wonderful news. I am so happy for Jonah and your whole family. I can only imagine the joy when they told you Jonah was cancer free and was able to ring that bell with family, friends and hospital staff surrounding him. We are hoping to do that with our little great granddaughter in March. We wish Jonah the best as he heads off to college in January. Thank you so much for sharing Jonah’s journey with all of us. Bless you all.
Beautifully stated! Now you can look forward to Jonah going to college and getting to do normal things. May your family have wonderful things to look forward to. Now Christian needs to be healed as well
What a beautiful portrayal of your front-and-center view of how God draws His people together to support each other and also honor Him. We love the Zell’s and thank God for healing Jonah!! We also pray Cristian will experience healing and have his own bell celebration!
Praise God Jonah is cancer-free! Thank you for sharing this journey with us. I have cried every time I’ve read one of your journal entries, any time I’ve talked to someone about Jonah, when they made the cancer-free announcement during the football game, and when I took the wristband off my water bottle that had been there since the summertime. It’s been amazing to hear how God has been at work in different ways through all of this. Praying for all of you as he prepares for college!
Thank you for writing such a beautiful description of your experience the last six months, Jennifer. I am rejoicing with you all! I love the volume experiment analogy. I’m so very thankful that Jonah is cancer free! Praise God!
