Well things were certainly not supposed to end this way Carrie! We are shocked and saddened to think we won't see John again, though he will never leave our hearts and will always be present in our memories, too. He was always so sweet and down to earth and we looked forward to our card nights and other visits with you two. I am going to need a few more of his wonderful wood creations since they are special reminders of the man and his talents (similar to my Dad's woodworking legacy). I wish we could take away the pain of your family's loss, please know we are here for you in any way you need.
I lost my dear husband suddenly 18 months ago. Larry and I always enjoyed spending time in John's woodworking shop. The many bowls and artwork that he made for us have just became a bigger treasure to me. I treasure the memories of John. Know that your family is being upheld in my prayers.
