R.I.P John. I have known John since our high school years. He was a quiet, intelligent young man. His whole family treated me as one of their own. His brother Joe was my best friend in school. I got reacquainted with John the last few years and he had a great sense of humor. John was a hell of a fighter and suffered through the pain so courageously. I will miss him.

I knew John when he worked at LifeSource, and years later I worked with John's ex-wife Debbie at the Alzheimer's Association. John was a great guy, and fought so hard-- as Debbie said, he is deserving of rest. Rest in Peace, John.

I am so incredibly sad to read this. John and I worked together at The Bakken Museum. He was a delightful human and he gave that damn cancer a run for the money. He’ll be missed. Condolences to his friends and family.

Even though we haven’t been legally connected since 2017, John and I have stayed in contact and I had an opportunity to talk to him fairly recently. I am saddened to read this, but having been with him through the first round of his battle with cancer, I know how hard he has fought and I think he is deserving of rest. With fond memories, Debbie Richman.

We send our sincere condolences to you all. John and I (Susan) walked our first cancer journeys together. He was gifted in so many ways. We wish for you peace and comfort as you mourn his death and celebrate his life.
