This past week we were super busy with second and even third opinions from the smartest Neuro-oncologists around. Both Dana Farber Cancer Insitute in Boston and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC had a little more detail to add regarding Dad's tumor but ultimately agreed with the course of treatment that we will start this week. We will get a baseline MRI so we can watch the tumor retreat in fear. Dad will start radiation at CCH and begin chemotherapy in the form of a pill he takes at home. 
Mom is busy taking daily trips to Stop and Shop while dad enjoys his new TV in the living room. He is out and about for short times to get some fresh air and see the lovely Cape Cod winter scenes. 
We are taking all precautions against Covid as his doctors have reminded us that his body is busy fighting the cancer and would not do well to fight the Covid as well. We ask that you sanitize your hands and wear a mask when sending well wishes through this portal or text/phone call.
