Thanks so much for posting. I had never heard of immunotherapy before, but now both you and another friend are being finding their tumors beaten down by this fairly new treatment. I am so sorry to hear of the harsh side effects. It's amazing to hear of the love that surrounds you with your large family and kind, supportive friends. It's been over a week since you posted and I can only hope you're healing with no more fever. Hugs to all.

Thank you so much for writing this post, John. I'm so thankful to hear the pain from the cancer is gone. How fascinating to learn about the effective healing capabilities of the immunotherapy. I'm so sorry to hear that it caused your body to fight itself. I will pray for immediate relief from the fevers and for complete healing.

Grateful that you are making this contribution to our understanding of how this new therapy may work in the future -- and so glad it has bought you some more time for your Arlo therapy. Here's to love!

John, so sorry to hear of your setbacks. Praying your immune system does settle down so you can continue participating in the trial. Life has certainly thrown you some curve balls! Yet, in spite of it all, you maintain a positive attitude. Thanks for sharing both the upside and downside of your holidays. I agree with Julie that Arlo is the best therapy! That's the advice from another grandmother!
