Today is day 19 after John's fall and severe brain trauma...December 26, 2019.  December 28 is our 64th anniversary and we are going to claim it.  Staff tells us that this is the day that John will take one road at the intersection and we will take the other...probably just kinda stay put in our tracks for a bit.  Staff continues to assure us of a peaceful journey for John.  It appears so to us.  We are thinking he is reving up his engine for takeoff and awaiting the signal from the tower to take off.  He will soar at leisure and we are happy for him.  Do check the gallery for pictures.  When you click on a picture, it should enlarge.  The caption gives some information.
