We never met in person, but through your coaching, I felt like we friends. It's with sadness that I read that you have suffered a great loss. I am truly sorry that you have had such a short time with your soulmate. Please find that strength that you give to others and let them give some to you.

I am so shocked and saddened to hear this news. Praying for Joe's entire family now. Joe was a good man. Kind. Caring. Thoughtful. He consistently put the needs of others before his own. He could light up any room with his presence and put a smile on anyone's face with his dry sense of humor. It was a great privilege to know him and receive his care as a friend. Praying especially for you Brooke. Though we've never met, I have been deeply encouraged by this promise from a good Father in heaven:

"fear not, for I am with you;
be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." -Isaiah 41:10

You and Joe have been a gift from God in your steadfast faith and the way you have reflected His light. I cannot begin to imagine how many lives you have touched. You embody the song, Thank you for giving to the Lord. I will continue to pray that the Lord draws you into His loving arms, and carries you forward through each difficult step.
