Thank you Samantha for posting this most upbeat update about Jody. I am delighted to hear she is doing so well and I was also very touched to read how your (and I assume your entire immediate family) saw and were amazed by her courage and determination and, as you say, in some ways this was a blessing for you -- and for all of us as well. Please give your mom a hug and my best regards (if she forgot (which knowing Jody she hasn't) you can remind her we worked together at Gabberts when the office was on Cahill Road). I would very much like someday to get together for lunch - when and if she's up to it, let me know via email and we can plan something. We knew your mother from Sandcastle, where she worked with 3 of our kids. A wonderful, caring, and funny person, and an excellent teacher. So glad to hear that she is doing better. She's been a blessing for many children and parents. Take care, and thanks for the update.
