How often have we heard life can change on a dime? For me it was a fall in the middle of a February night and a resulting bruise and an ache that would not heal even after a few weeks time. A visit to
my primary care doctor and further testing resulted in a diagnosis of lung cancer which has
metastasized.
Life since then has been a series of doctors appointments, procedures, a hospital stay, more doctors appointment and 2 cycles of chemotherapy.
Communication has been a challenge. Hopefully this site will ease the burden of this and offer support in a variety of ways not only for me but for all of you. Many thanks for your well wishes and your offers of help. I am sincerely grateful.
