Dear Family and Friends, our dear Joanie is transitioning into the next phase of her journey. Jim will and I will be the main contact as we get her settled into Evergreen Hospice. Please be patient with us and know that keeping Joanie comfortable is our main focus if we don’t get back to you right away. Love Sally-Jo
