So glad your dad is doing better. Now .... for what it's worth: I've had problems with anemia for some time. So when I was going to donate blood I would have steak, spinach salad and red wine for dinner the night before. Oh, how I suffered in order to donate blood. HA! Seriously, you might want to check with a dietician to see if a change in your diet could hep! Love ya, JJ!
