Hi everyone,

It's been a long, long time!  I am so thankful for everyone who reached out over the course of my Dad's illness and death, and in the hard months following.  Losing someone when the whole family is separated around the country is never easy, as so many families fully understand over the last 18 months.  We're by no means out of the woods of the public health crisis almost a year (!) after he passed, but we're finally feeling comfortable to get together in the first place we'll celebrate Jimmy Lee's life.  We've created a Facebook event, open to all:

Time: 6:00 PM EST

Food will be served and we'll have some of his favorite music, games, and loads of rum and coke - his drink.  I know it's a Wednesday, and school will have already started for those who have kids, but September 1 is his birthday, and we want to celebrate the first one without him WELL!  We'll toast to his life and keep the party going for as long as he'd like!
