Jimmy, so glad to hear of your treatment progress. I had lunch and some good visiting time with Nancy in September while visiting my granddaughter in Decatur for her birthday. She had some very encouraging things to say about your treatment results. Please know that you have family here in Florida that continue to lift you up in prayer and check on your wellbeing. 🙏

Prayers for continued healing and strength in the coming days. I was so blessed to share the same birthday as your beautiful mother and think about her so much on that day every year. She was always so thoughtful and sent ME a card every year for our combined birthdays. It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years without that card or call. We pray that Jimmy continues to feel better and can enjoy the Dawgs on our birthday! We will be there and would love to see you both. Big hugs, as always. ❤️

Thinking of a roller coaster is a great way to describe so much that happens in life and certainly in times of sickness & health, good times & hard times…..
I have never liked roller coasters, the ride down is fast and scary (to me), then the ride up is slow to get to the top and the anticipation of reaching rhe top I always pray and hope that going down and up the roller coaster will soon be the end I see in sight……
The sigh of relief as the roller coaster begins to slow down and the end is in sight is a relief.
The journey may often seem long but when you see the end in sight and after the ride ends you both can look back and see so much that has made you stronger than you ever have been! The Faith, Hope, Love and Joy …..

Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.
O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever!

That you both know that God is with you through the ups and downs …. The hills and the valleys….. He will be with you all the way through!
