Journal entry by Vanessa Connell —
Well it’s been 5 months! Just thought I would give a quick update. Finally over the last few weeks starting to feel better. Weather is definitely helping by cooling down! I’ve been able to get workouts in the morning and things seem to b going my way. When I got back I was walking .3 to .4 miles. Last night was my first time eclipsing 1 mile I actually made it 1.1! I really appreciate everyone giving me my space and being careful around me in this time. I actually got my 2nd covid shot on Tuesday so I’m getting there. I’ll start getting my other stuff next month. Thanks again for everyone’s support and help. Special thanks to all those that came by and kept me company over the past few months. That was much appreciated. Again this was not a procedure to cure my MS but rather one to hopefully stop the progression. And again I really won’t know the affects for another 6 months or so. With that being said I have noticed some positive results such as my everyday shoulder pain is gone. My freezing feet and hands Aren’t always frozen. Small improvements but I’ll take em!!
Thanks again everyone
Jimmy
