Hello my name is Jimmy Lee Francisco I am retired Military. I and trying to raised money because as of Jun 18 my Kidney fail on me I and also a diabetic. I am on the kidney and pancreas list to hope to get e transplant. The reason I asking for help is because I been out of work for three years now  and I need help with the other medical expense that I will have after the surgery and to help  pay my bills tell I able to get back to work
