As many of you know, Jim is in need of a new liver. Thankfully he’s received all the proper approvals and is now listed in a national database for donors. He is in good spirits and his doctors indicate he can live with what he has for 20 or more years. The purpose of the new liver would be to improve quality of life and to extend life.
