As most of you know, Jim was diagnosised with aortic stenosis and will require open heart surgery.
We have jumped through a lot of hoops: 5 doctors appointments, many tests- including heart cath. Now he needs to have respiratory testing - PFT. If he passes they will go ahead with the surgery. If not we will have a newer valve replacement called a TAVR.
Jim has good spirits and is getting over s case of pneumonia.
