Jim - Great to see you last month in KC and I think you looked fantastic considering what you’re going through. As your friend said “slow and steady wins the race everytime”. Take it easy and know that your friends are here for you. Enjoy the R&R on the beach and know your friends are here for you.

Thoracotomy surgery is honestly the hardest one for me as a nurse to take care of after surgery!!! There is so much unbelievable pain with that whole issue and procedure, glad you are on the upside of that now for sure!! Rehab is like 2 forward, one back for weeks at a time I think.. You are doing amazing if you ask me 38 day's out!! Julz Zadoo

Thank you for the update Jim. You are constantly on our minds and in our prayers. God has done incredible things in your life and will continue to do so as you fight hard to recover and get back to normal. Betsy and Joey are fantastic and when life goes upside down like this, it is a true blessing to know your family is there for you, as well as all your friends and co-workers. Keep on getting better and soon you will be back to your old self. Your positive attitude is HUGE with all of this and truly inspirational to everyone. Sending our best - Kathy & Jeff
