I was a co worker of Jim’s. We came to claims together in 2004 and have worked together on and off throughout the years. He was one of the most genuinely kind people I’ve ever met. I’m proud to have known him and will miss him. My thoughts are with your family at this time. I’m very sorry for your loss.
