Jimmie George Winters passed on July 5, 2019.  There will be a memorial service to honor and remember his life at 1 pm Monday July 15 at Tallowood Baptist Church 555 Tallowood Drive Houston Texas 77024. Interment will be at Veterans Cemetery in Houston.
