Journal entry by Jessica Ramer —
Day 2 of 3 of chemo. Last night I felt some nausea. Going to bed I forgot my meds down stairs so I had to go back down to get them. Going up the stairs again was a little rough. I ended up crying like a girl lol because chemo sucks. You might ask why i didn’t have rob go down and get them, but he was under the weather and was asleep. And no kids were in sight to help.
Today waa better. Nausea was gone but tired. Tomorrow I get disconnected and that’s when I get super tired. This weekend, Isabelle has two tournaments. The one on Saturday is only 2 games so it shouldn’t be terrible. Sunday is all day and in Centennial. But On sundays, I’m not nearly as tired as I am in Saturday’s. Some people ask, if I’m so tired why not just stay home and answer is, once I get the surgery, I won’t be able to see a lot of her games so I push myself right now to watch her play. I love watching her play.
