Joe, my heart has been lifted by your journal entries, giving us glimpses into your Dad's life and his final days. Your writing is beautiful. Thank you for sharing him with us. I always enjoyed talking with him at Westwood when The Frye was playing there. He was kind, warm, and witty. My heart hurts for you in the earthly loss of your Dad. Sending you condolences, hugs, and prayers as you navigate the grief.
P.S. I love the picture of your Mom and Dad together with their suitcases.
Thank you Joe and family for sharing this beautiful vigil . . .kept with such deep commitment and gratitude. We love you, and share our deepest condolences for this huge loss of such a great dad.
So very sorry, Joe. He sounds like an all-around wonderful person who made the world a better place. We hope you are able to find comfort in your memories of him. Nick and Helen
My sympathy Joe. I’m so glad you had the opportunity to be with your Dad these last few months. As hard as it was to watch him leave, you will always treasure the time you’ve spent with him.
Joe, thank you for sharing his last months with us. You and he were in our many prayers for his return to glory. A good man makes all the difference in the world in the life of a son as he grows to manhood. You were indeed blessed! Love and prayers for your family continue.
