Hi everyone:
God has done a miracle in Jerry, and he is out of the hospital!
Currently he is at Caraton Commons, an Assisted Living and Rehab Facility. Being that he was bed ridden for some time he needs to get strength in his legs. Also, he does still have an eye and ear infection as a result of the fall. Other than that he is the same old Jerry.
The one thing that Jerry can use is visitors. He is pretty lonely and the only consistent visitor he has is his wife. He asked me to pass on to everyone that having visitors is what he needs the most.
If you would like to visit Jerry here are the details:
Location: Caraton Commons (Building #2, same building as the Main Office)
Address: 1500 Arcadian Lane, De Pere, WI 54115
Phone: 920-339-0601 (select option 2 for building 2). This is a general number for Caraton Commons, Jerry currently does not have a phone.
