It's been a rough day today, lots of pain (it's getting more accute and less general) and nausea, and I'm having a hard time getting to sleep. I don't like the feeling of the pain meds, but also really need them. 

The visiting nurses have been wonderful, and tomorrow I start physical therapy (in home) which should be interesting. I have a long road to travel and I know there will be ups and downs! I'm grateful for Christmas as a big distraction!
