Hello friends and family. I get asked on a regular basis about how I discovered I have cancer. Well, for the past couple of years I’ve been experiencing some random inexplicable medical symptoms. It all started in September of 2016. Rather than give a huge story, I’ll just create a timeline of events up until now.
9/2016
New onset nausea
10/2016
Continued nausea, vomiting, stomach discomfort, sporadic fever and chills
CT Abdomen and labwork normal
11/2016
All symptoms resolved on their own
1/2017
IUD replacement
3/2017
Diagnosed with functional depression and anxiety
Started meds: Zoloft and Wellbutrin
7/2017
Well Woman Exam, normal
Diagnosed with Type II Diabetes
Started on Metformin
10/2017
Discomfort in Right breast, headaches, nausea, sporadic chills; resolved after 24-48 hours
11/2017 thru 2/2018
Various illnesses, and ailments
2/2018
Saw orthopedic surgeon for left shoulder, pain in shoulder blade, discomfort when moving in certain ways. Received cortisol injection after x-ray doesn’t reveal anything of concern.
