Jean Eby--I'm so glad you are doing well. Christina is feeling much better also and even wore an N95 mask to time a swim meet for daughter, Piper, 17 almost 18. It was 2 hours and she managed to not drink anything or leave until it was up. She wasn't close to others and it was a great boost for them both. She did turn down a 4 hour shift. :-) Jennie, dear, my goal is .5 miles at 1.7 mph!! I do better outside, but the treadmill works. I think your heart is sounding quite healthy. Love, Jean
Jennie, kudos for walking on the treadmill! What a help it is to have a treadmill for you to use for exercise with Minnesota winters so cold and lots of snow to contend with. Kimberly shares with you the help it is to have another driver in the home. With Sarah driving she can drive Jaiden and herself to school when necessary. Glad Max and Theo got some ice time . Can't imagine myself doing that. Sending love and virtual hugs.
One Mile in slippers! Now that's some time to celebrate as this week begins. Nice choice on the footwear, I might try biking in my slippers this week. Thanks for the inspiration. :) Great that your kids were able to enjoy some ice time!
What a joy it was to see you alive and smiling and contributing to our meeting last night. Wow. Yes, perhaps no sense to be found, just immense gratitude!
I just love it that Max is driving! You are not alone in taking advantage of an extra driver in the family. It's a parenting right of passage! I'm so glad you have progressed to the treadmill. I'm sure it appreciates the 1.7mph after Todd's typical pace. Take care, and hope to see you on some sort of Zoom something sometime soon!
