Thank you for kindly updating us on Jeff’s transition. I texted him several times and didn’t hear back. I came here to read his journal and discovered the sad news. He was a unique soul and now he’s partying with his favorite musicians and loved ones in heaven. No more pain, no more hospitals… his soul is soaring. 🙏❤️🙏
