Thank you Stephanie for posting this beautiful tribute honoring Jeff on his birthday. You have been in my mind and heart and prayers more often recently as the day draws near when both of our husbands went home to be with Jesus. I still marvel at that added connection between you and me. Yes, the grieving is deeply personal so sharing it publicly in the day-to-day is not something I have chosen to do either. Your vision brought such a smile to my face and such warmth to my heart. What hope and comfort we have in Jesus!

Stephanie- I think about Jeff (Buff) and our 4 years together as roomates. Thanks for this reminder of his birthday. I was delighted to see him at the last homecoming he attended. We shared some moments as roomates. We were not close after graduation. I do regret that but I am glad that he found happiness and love in his life. I know that you were a most important part of it. Thank you for staying in touch and God's speed!
