So helpless as a friend and not sure what to do. I wish we could take it all away. They should be able to give you something for the mouth sores to relieve some pain. Oral rinse or something? Uffda. Tough on you Jeff and tough on you Linda watching your honey in pain. As tough as it gets no there is an end to your cancer and it will get better!! Love you guys so much! Always in our prayers

I am really sorry to hear this, but do understand from firsthand experience. I will always stress that everyone’s path through cancer is different and we all respond/react to medications and treatment differently. I did not have the mouth sores, but did vomit about 10-12 times a day, slept through most of the day, and only received nourishment through my feeding tube. From my experience this is the worst it gets. One thing that helped was setting up a chair and footstool in the main area of the house, where u could watch tv and see outside a bit. I slept most of the day there, but was also a part of visitors and family activity. Praying for you guys during all of this.
