It is with tremendous grief that I announce that Jeffrey Hackman's health has taken a turn for the worst over the weekend and the decision was made to remove him from life support at around 1:00 Today. His visitation will be held Saturday October 20th at Saint Mary's Church in Woodstock, IL at 10am. His family appreciates all the love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
