Jed had surgery on Thursday...there was some infection and they took out some dead tissue and muscle from left leg. Also added a vacuum drainage tube. Removed cast from right foot and drained that as well. Today’s surgery 10/3/20 was to recheck everything, they took some bone and tissue samples to ensure the infection did not spread.  They had to remove the cartilage plugs and shave the bone to be sure everything was free from infection. Everything went as well as could be expected and they Closed the incision back up. Hopefully we will be released and able to go home by Monday or Tuesday.
