The chest spasms ARE normal course for the surgery. She is feeling better, got a lot of sleep today.  Less pain than last night. Less fluid is draining from her pericardium. Things are moving forward in a good way. The only thing her blood pressure seems ....erratic. Not high but going up and down a bit. waiting to talk to docs about that.  No talk of discharge yet.
