Awesome news! From personal experience with Ray’s extended hospital stay and lengthy illness, it was amazing how quickly he improved in his home environment. I suspected (hoped and prayed too!) that Jay would have a similar experience...and he has! We also dealt w the C. diff and Ray just seemed to perk up in his own space.
Prayers will continue... be open to accepting the help of friends, Renee. This life-event is a marathon, not a sprint as I am thinking you realize by now. Our situation was such that help was little and far between. It took a toll on me when all was said and done. Be kind to yourself and get adequate rest.
