Okay, sounds weird, but I was really nauseous with vertigo and this thing is a non-medical intervention that actually helps relieve it a little - look for "Anti-nausea wristband" on Amazon - there are lots (I used the Nomo one for pregnancy, but don't tell Jay that - at least it's black. It helps!) Hang in there, Shatzkins - we're rooting for you!
