I'm going to have to walk back that GREAT NEWS remark earlier.  Turns out after more consideration, the docs think Janna can benefit from chemo.  Today is her first infusion.  Docs assure her the kind they're using will have minimal side effects and she could be able to work the entire time.  Hopefully so.
