Thanks so much for the update. Wow what a process. PTSD is real believe me I went thru it after the motorcycle accident. Sometimes just putting one foot in front of the other can be difficult. A beautiful and insightful post! Thank you, Marti. Yes, the psychological effects of all Janice has been through are very real, and I am so glad she talked with a counselor. There is a lot to sort out, given all the physical and emotional trauma she's been through. Glad to hear she is looking forward to garage sales!

Loved your update! Love that Janice is doing so well. Marti, I've said it before and I'll say it again, you have a wonderful gift of writing and explaining and expressing yourself. And I'm realizing as I follow along this journey, that you are also a wonderful nurse. What a help you have been to your mother and the family. I'm sure that your patients at your work would say that you are wonderful to them. So be keeping notes and someday you can write that book about your experiences. Remember that you have a real gift! Thank you for keeping us all in the loop.
