Whelp! She got delayed again, her platelets were just too low, so she was ordered to stay in bed, stay away from people and rest.
At this point, between her WBC and platelets being so low she is extremely prone to getting sick, and even the slightest cold can land her in the Emergency Room.
She gets another blood test on Sunday to see if her numbers have improved, and then we’ll see if she starts chemo again on Monday. The bummer of it all, she’ll probably have to take those wretched injections for longer than 4 days now. But! We’ll wait to see what the doc says.
