Kelsi, i do not know you , but one desperate night on Jan 2 i took to Facebook to find out any information on Covid pneumonia I could. Your fathers story stopped me. It was an early Facebook posts that you posted . I found myself going through the exact feeling you we’re . My father is also fighting the battle, he’s on day 12 of vapotherm at 40 L 100% and has desatted almost every day , my fear is the ventilator. Your prayers and bible quotes have given me a feeling that I have never felt before , your positivity and trust in God filled my heart. I found myself coming to read about your Father’s progress each day. I was saddened to read your last entry, I cried. I cried for you and your family and your dad and for my family. I’m so so sorry he fought so hard and I wish you healing from New Jersey . 💔

Kelsi & family, your loss of Jamie from this earth is so sad, his passing way too soon, his physical presence missing. There's no doubt though he will live on in your hearts and lives, his faith having been passed on to you & through the great memories you have. Your words are such a comfort! Thank you! And thank you, Jamie!

I do not know your father but I have childhood friends who apparently do, I grew up in Bland/Belle/Owensville. I read your last entry sharing the news of his passing and could not close out without sharing that how you told the story of today's journey was absolutely beautiful and elegantly expressed. As profoundly sad as this day was for you and your family, I felt my heart fill happiness, crowding out the sadness that was initially there, at the picture you so exquisitely painted of your dad getting chills and in your eyes it was due to seeing Jesus's ready embrace and it manifesting in goosebumps to the vessel he was departing in that moment. My thoughts and prayers are with you and all who loved and was touched by the wonderful man your father apparently was. 💜
