Jamie’s Story

Site created on June 28, 2018

My son Jamie, aka Jay, was in a serious motorcycle accident on June 22nd. He suffered two fractures to his spine, multiple major skin abrasions, which you can see in images. Caution as they are graphic. He was transferred from a hospital in Eau Claire, WI to a burn center at Regions in St. Paul MN.
Jamie will be out of work for at least three months. He just changed jobs, so he will be without his income. His fiance, Alisha works part-time and cares for their two small sons and her two daughters. Child care isn't easy to find, therefore she has been unable to visit Jamie often.
Healing prayers are needed and most welcome. Financial help is also needed to get them through this tragedy and loss of income. Our goal is to reach $4,000, to cover expenses.
We would be greatful for any prayers and or financial assistance you could give.
Thank you all and God's Blessings

Alisha and I go to St. Paul tomorrow. Not only are we learning how to help him bathe his wounds, but we are bringing him home. All of us are so excited!

Alisha and I put a hospital bed together for him. I don't know who is more banged up lol. It gave us a world of trouble, but we won the battle.
Thanks again for the prayers and donations. We haven't met our goal, but in total raised $680.
He still has a long way to go. At least three months in the brace. More skin grafts, physical therapy, etc.
 God's Blessings..Jamie's mom, Bev
