Last night was a rough night. The kidneys are getting worse and starting to fail. This may seem very sudden, but his type of Leukemia (AML) can spread very rapidly. Dr. Olin explained to us this morning that there is no other treatment that can help him. If they treat the cancer it will completely fail his kidneys and if they don't treat the leukemia it will attack and fail his kidneys. Faced with this, he has decided to return home on hospice before he is not able to anymore. We thank everyone for all your prayers and thoughts. We have prayed with him and he knows he is in God's hands.
