Jake, you brought joy & love to all the people that knew you! The early days of “Jake the Pirate” at Woodbury, Minnetonka & Eagan gave Padraig so much happiness! He loves you & will always have a place in his & our hearts. God Bless You ! You will be missed!

Jake you were such a important person in Coopers life. You worked with him for 8 yrs starting in Woodbury and then when they moved him out to Minnetonka you went along and then when Cooper was able to go to the Eagan SDC center you went also. Cooper cant verbalize how important you were but every day I would ask him "Who did you see at MAC today ?" and he always said Jake. You were a constant friendly face to him. You will not be forgotten.
